We think that training is only needed for those who are inefficient in their academic career. But it´s not at all. So questions may arise in your mind that: Is an efficient student required to be trained? And If "YES", then WHY? Yes! An efficient student also needs to be trained. In our academic life we learn in a way where we’re busy to acquire marks not practical knowledge. That definitely true that we must have academic knowledge as academic knowledge enriches our mind with some material of thinking to grow our knowledge. But in our professional working platform it requires some technical knowhow also for its efficient implementation in its own area of working. For that students first have to gather knowledge and then know how to utilize and implement that knowledge in practical fields.
